The McHenry County Juvenile Officer’s Association holds Executive Board Meetings at 12 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday of every month, at the Child Advocacy Center of McHenry County (note new address 1 S. Virginia Street, Crystal Lake).

The McHenry County Juvenile Officer’s Association is an organization of professionals in the field of Juvenile Justice and Prevention
The MCJOA is a dedicated network of professionals committed to promoting the safety, well-being, and positive development of youth across McHenry County. Our members include law enforcement officers, school resource officers, juvenile probation officers, social workers, and other professionals working in the fields of juvenile justice, prevention, and intervention.
The purpose of the Association is to foster collaboration, provide ongoing training and education, and strengthen partnerships among agencies and individuals who serve at-risk youth. Through shared knowledge, best practices, and community engagement, we aim to prevent juvenile delinquency, support early intervention efforts, and ensure that young people have the resources and support they need to thrive.
We serve youth and families throughout McHenry County, with a focus on those who are at risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system or in need of coordinated support services.
